The browser firefox automatically block ads on any website.
Luckily for NYSB, not too many of you use Firefox. Top 5 browsers, last 30 Days:
Sure you could switch to Chrome. But if you love firefox, you could WHITELIST nyskiblog.com and our ads would show. Keep NYSB free and/or affordable for Harv, don't block ads.
To whitelist a website in Firefox, navigate to the website, click the shield icon in the address bar, then select "Exceptions" within the site permissions panel, and enter the website address to add it to the allow list; essentially, you're telling Firefox to bypass security restrictions for that specific site.
Key steps:
- Go to the website: Open the website you want to whitelist in Firefox.
- Access site permissions: Click the shield icon located in the address bar.
- Open exceptions: Within the site permissions panel, select "Exceptions".
- Add website address: Enter the full URL of the website you want to whitelist in the "Address of website" field.
- Allow access: Click "Allow" to confirm the whitelisting.
