Long Term Forecasts Winter 2020 - 2021

It's all entertainment right?

At this moment the NOAA says it look warm, with a slightly better than 50% chance for La Niña.

 
I saw this. They even hedge themselves about reliability of long term forecasts but I'd still love to see some numbers about how (un)reliable they are. Something like in the last 30 years or so, how many years have they been accurate?
 
Since this year is mirroring the summer of 77...I'm going with a winter like 77/78.. Just as scientific as NOAA..

From Open Snow. With the way things have been lately, I'll take average temps.
