I don't know if this has been posted before, but there is a fabulous fb page with posts from lifties. I found it when I was trying to learn more about lifts to deal with my fear of GP's chair 5. I don't seem to be able to link to the Facebook group, but you should be able to find it by searching. Today's fun.
