I don’t know if this has been brought up on here already, but this case could have a quite a ripple effect on industry. Especially if insurance premiums sky rocket, this could really hurt our beloved independent/mom & pop mountains. Take a look.

I am saying it is beyond bizarre from a mountain west court. Especially with an explicit law in place.

What I gather from a thread on another forum is that all that's happened so far is that the Idaho Supreme Court thinks that the case should have gone to a jury. As opposed to being decided by "summary judgement" in favor of the ski resort. The comment was from an attorney in the Rockies who read the actual Supreme Court legal language.
