Gore Gondola Midstation

Ive always been interested in making my way over to the old mid station but have never really figured out how to get there/been motivated to deal with working my way out on skis. Recently discovered that one of the Wolfpack DH mtb trail actually goes right past it, so I'll check it out this summer. Has anyone visited it? Some other internet browsing someone mentioned it's haunted? Not much out there photo wise or YouTube other than a 10 year old GoPro vid. Can I ride my ebike up to it before lifts spin in July?
