North Creek is a Hamlet in the Town of Johnsburg.
The list relates to the % increase in “searches” from last year.

I think the same is true of Uniondale, PA. Other than Elk Mountain there is nothing really to do in that area in the other three seasons. There are no state parks near by, public lakes, or hiking trails. There are a couple of private communities but not many in that area.

Anyone else floored by a median list price of $272K? I definitely would've taken the under.

I know the source data (sample size, radius of search, etc) isn't available and I don't want to get all statistic-y about it, but my initial reaction was "Man, that seems high....."
