I think we should have a wood cutting thread. I wish I had a better pic to start with.

I moved a bunch of it before dark.
 
Harv, your place up there is sweet. When you build your home will you be adding onto the cabin or will that be a separate building.

I'm heading out to cut some campfire wood soon so I'll add some pics later.

Next week is the big cut. 12 guys, 3 splitters, 30+ cord cut, split, and stacked in half a day. I'll have pics for that, it's quiet an operation.
 
Bringin in our guy to drop a few trees on the property most dead pines and trim up some huge flowering Northern Catalpas in the front yard. he took this BAD BOY out last time

Put a nail in it today. Holds 6 full, think I packed in 7 this year. It’s 2020 after all.

Camp thank you. The cabin was always intended to be an outbuilding. It sits at the top of a small hill and sits 100% on ledge. The "bathroom" - a temporary building on skids is sited between the well and septic and the house will go there.
