Coronavirus, vaccines, and travel restrictions

Just looking for a bit of clarity here. There's multiple vaccines, and states have different rules. Has anyone tried to compile a list of who can go where and when? I saw Harvey's post about the 6 weeks from the first shot to going to Vermont, but what if you got Pfizer or the Johnson? Could some of us be traveling before the season ends?

I think whatever vax you get, it's two weeks after your last dose. For Moderna, what I got, it is 4 weeks between doses, which is where I got the 6 weeks.

Thanks! I got the J&J single shot awhile back. Might be time for a late season trip.
