Day #1 of my Ski Safari, and first time ever at Bolton. Old school kinda place with fixed grips and a chill vibe. Do people who live in Burlington appreciate that this place is only 35 minutes away from them?
Lots of fun terrain with bumps and natural features, low angle trees, and some steep challenging tree lines. They've got a nice amount of snow here but the upper mountain snow is a bit nicer then the lower mountain which has a bit of a slab layer in the untouched. Even the "skied in" natural bump trails are skiing well.
Some steeps
Some natural bumps:
RIP my pole
Most challenging run of the day for me.
