Second day at Jay, and it was a doozy. Don’t know if I’ve ever seen that much snow anywhere, i am thoroughly cooked. Brst birthday ever!

Jay Peak today and tomorrow. First time here, and the legends do not exaggerate!

First time ever at Magic today. It was super fun even at 50% open. Such an awesome mountain, reminds me a bunch of Platty! Had 3” so far, supposedly getting another foot by tomorrow but it’s gonna be wet and snowbally…

*Sigh*. Somebody needs to invent a sport that requires lots of rain.

I was there yesterday (Sunday). Started snowing just north of Utica and did not stop - haven’t skied that much powdery snow in years, what a blast!

What's the word on Snow Ridge? I've heard they're getting a bunch of lake snow and it's on the Indy pass. Is it worth a 2-hour drive, when I could be at Platty in an hour and a half?

Never been up to Snow Ridge, but I've heard good things and it's on my Indy pass. I'll be up at Greek on Saturday so I'm thinking about going on Sunday. Is it worth a 2-hour drive, especially when I could be at Platty in an hour and a half?

The Dunk and I got in a few hours yesterday - the snow was kind of wet and heavy, but there sure was a lot of it! Chair 5 wasn't open but we hit the glades under chair 4 a few times and that was mighty nice! Love us some Greek Peak, here's hoping they don't lose too much snow this week...

Any ideas on best route? I’m trying to figure out if I should come up on 28 past Belleayre or play it safe and take 23. It’s an extra half hour but bigger roads should mean less snow…

Okemo tomorrow (not my idea but couldn’t turn down a free ski house), then either Bromley or Magic on Sunday. Never been to Magic, but Bromley has the tele fest going on…

Thinking about Platty this weekend. My 12-yr-old and I still have those free passes from trail clearing day, and I'm kinda worried the snow isn't going to get any better this "winter"...
