All the cuts look nice and tight, rafters and studs line up nicely transferring the load down to the foundation. Tape on the zip panels is nice and smooth and the job site looks nice and tidy. The sheathing will be fine if it gets wet a few times.

We just had a new HVAC system installed this summer. It’s a Bosch heat pump with an auxiliary propane furnace. The heat pump works great when the outside temp is above 30 degrees or so. When the temp gets below that it takes longer to heat the house and eventually the propane furnace kicks in...

Just my personal preference, I like nailed down prefinished hardwoods. I’ve never installed Pergo before, so I’m not sure of the quality of that one.

That’s the good stuff right there. Perfectly fine to walk on and can get wet too (unlike regular OSB). If it’s just storage area up there, you can leave it as is or put a couple coats of floor paint on it. Vinyl plank flooring would look good too.

It’s the windchill that gets me. I can work down into the upper teens as long as the wind is calm. If I keep moving I’m fine. I also don’t like wearing gloves - makes it hard to grab things from my tool belt.

Camp, did you use felt paper, or just tape the seams and call it good? I did a roof a year ago - the house was already framed when I got there. Zip panels w/taped seams for the roof, the homeowner wanted synthetic felt over it - he was paying for it so that’s what I gave him.
