    Working on Cars

The loose panel is probably the cover they need to remove to do the oil change. Sometimes they don't put them on properly and the plastic screw falls out and then that thing hangs. It's happened to me more than once

ICE v Electric: Cost and Emissions

I just had a fella at Stewart's. Give me unsolicited reasons why EVs are not going to work. I let him know that he needs to go to the dentist and get his two teeth cleaned and probably should drop 50 lb and he might want to jump in the shower. Then he tells me I don't have to be rude.

ICE v Electric: Cost and Emissions

I read all those ratings. If you going to buy a pickup you want use for work it's true. Large charge. They will be able to go 225 miles pulling a trailer along all day. They are sharp, fast and 135k got the big battery. I can't wait till the first redneck gets one. Then things will start changing.

ICE v Electric: Cost and Emissions

I have to engage cruise control all the time. It's hard keeping the right pressure to sustain a speed. It works. Never have to touch the peddles if a car is in front of you. Stops at lights and then moved forward again when the car moves.

They are sharp trucks. The range a plus. You pay for it though. GM has been in the ev game since the beginning. Kicking the snot out of Ford and they did it quietly. They may be the vendor that enlightens skeptical people of the advantages... At least that if what my gut says. My gut also says...

    Sweet Cars and Trucks

14 inches of clearance, motor on each wheel helps with real 4wd. Heavy. Those tires wouldn't cut it. Lowered to 7 inches and stiffened up suspension(touch screen option) gets a 3 second 60. I drive in soft mode and it's plush, even with the tires at 48 pounds.

    F Vail

That is a horrible story. That said we are seeing the beginning of the end for ski resorts. First Oregon, now Colorado. It's only a matter of time before every resort insurance premiums make it untenable to make a profit.
