Friday, Saturday and Monday at Belle for me. Just finished tuning up my daughters skis for her trip to Whiteface Sunday night through Tuesday.

Hats off to all of the families out there getting after it in less than ideal conditions. No crowd today, at all. We need snow - the surface is getting tired.

Thunder Ridge is a nice place for beginners but proportionally very expensive.

Crazy, drove through an hour and fifteen minutes of dense fog and drizzle. 15 minutes from Belle I started seeing Orange fog and a bit of sun. At the Belle driveway, Xanadu. Firmish in the morning but not for long, pretty Springy by 10. Light crowd.

Yeah - great morning today. Wanna was killer early - perfect grooming. Onteora was great as well. They are blowing on Onondaga > Lower Belle Run. Looks like they'll have that open for Saturday at this pace. Skied 9-12, 20 runs.

Delayed opening today due to last minute grooming.9:35 for the Gondi, 10:10 for 7 (inexplicably). Looks like they are doubling down on trails that are already open with snow making. All things considered today was a decent day.

I need to slow it down myself - ripping across it is a lot of fun. I’m surprised I didn’t get yelled at on Saturday.
