    Ski Length

If you are looking for big sweeping turns, go long. I am 5'7" and 58 years old. Was never much of a GS skier. Currently ripping 157 volkl fat boards. i mostly ski glades or moguls, on soft snow. These little guys are very responsive. Skied 195 in my 20's. 183 from 30's to 40's . been on short...

    Building a House with Wood

my advice is letting your wife deal with the colors. Outlets have to be to code. I believe 6 foot apart. add extras in areas where you think you will be heavy in electronics or home office. Building a House with Wood

not even close. Who is laying out the location of your ceiling cans(lights), outlets and light switches? total pain in the ass. if you whiff on a color, you just repaint. If you screw up the location of your electric, you live with it. good luck

    Helderberg Region/Albany County

Bethlehem and guilderland are good size school districts. They are in demand by families looking for a home. I can’t see them consolidating with other districts.

    Helderberg Region/Albany County

i also refer to it as the ski triangle. Magic, gore, plattekill. Albany puts you in striking zone for all 3, with a decent ride in the worst of conditions. Getting to these mountains from Berne will be a bit tricky after a good storm. Berne adds 1/2 hour to the ride, plus you are descending from...

    Helderberg Region/Albany County

I live in Berne. Moved here from Guilderland in June. I love it here. It takes me 25-30 minutes to get to work near SUNY. Roughly 15 mile commute passing through 3 red lights Never any traffic. People I have met are awesome. Very down to earth. Good hiking trails, few good bars and restaurants...

    Gore vs Belleayre

going to use a golf analogy. gore is a professional 18 hole golf course. where as Belleayre is an executive golf course. Both are fun, but given the choice, you would play the professional course. enjoy your days
