They built a handful of single family homes and tried to sell more with the covid demand bump but the price point was very high for the area and I don't think any were built. Gore never built the new trails that would make them ski in/out. Maybe Ski Bowl 3.0 will revive it.

I ski them short, which I think may have slightly less underfoot. I'm 5'7 and ski the 163. I primarily ski them at Gore. I don't think I would want any wider. My guess is the Brahma would carve a little better but the Rustlers allow me to follow the kids into the trees and the park with ease...

I had to pay to ship my 2019 pair to them and they sent me a brand new 2020 pair, which immediately chipped as well and I decided I didn't care enough to try for the warranty replacement again. I was very impressed with the customer service at Blizzard.

Had some hail earlier in North Creek. Everything is flowing like April. Went kayaking on Schroon lake earlier today, my first time there, very beautiful lake, the water level was super high. We were wadding in 2-3 feet of water where supposedly it's usually dry beach.

Does adding snowmaking capacity at the Bowl mean they have to reduce capacity someplace else or end snowmaking earlier in the season because they will reach the limits set by the state? Is it even correct that they stop in Feb because of limits on water use in the park?
