Yesterday was my best day of the year at Gore. Today Whiteface has better coverage and better and more terrain. Everything is better at WF. It was definitely worth the extra drive. mm

It was way better today. There’s still some gravel and thin spots but most of it is open except Twin Fawns and the other trails near there. I don’t think it read cold enough to make snow today. It felt like high humidity too. It’s disappointing the Uncas and Open Pit still aren’t open. mm

Here's some more questions: Bruce Transue was recently appointed VP of operations for all the ski areas. What authoruty did Bone lose iin that reorganization? Does Gore still have its own operations manager? What authority did the Gore operations manager lose? mm

I was at Belle yesterday and the difference between that and Gore is amazing. Belle has completely recovered from the last rain while Gore hasn’t opened any new terrain or resurfaced the limited terrain it has open. mm

Cold day at Belle today. Most of it is open except the trails where they are making snow. Surfaces are firm but a lot of nice spots where snow blows in. It looks like it’s snowing but maybe that’s just the wind blowing the snow making around. At least it’s windy. How is Gore today? mm
