Let's see.... a school bus passed within a foot of me. Someone once ran me off the road because he wanted to ask for directions. I've had people throw sh** at me, try to spit on me, and play chicken. AND I was hit by someone who ran a stop sign. There's more, too.

Guy tried rolling coal a couple of weeks ago in Lake Placid. It was lame. Small puff of smoke, small you know what.

Climb to the Castle, the roller ski race up the WF toll road, is happening this Sunday. Jessie Diggins and Ben Ogden from the US ski team are in the mix this year. First year that I'll be reporting on the race but not competing. Gonna be weird.

Leaves have gradually been changing color for a couple of weeks. 37 degrees at 7A this morning. Cat snuggled with me all night, it had to be cold.

I just can't wrap my head around doing mushrooms and then going into the woods. 😨 What are these people thinking?
