After you pass your inspections shut off the HRV such a waste of energy IMO
Mice have a difficult time getting into newer homes. I’ve learned that the only time I have a problem in my shed is if I leave the door open while I’m working outside.

The builder wants a knee wall. I don't like VOIDS > places that mice can get too, but the cat or mousetrap can't.

I just bought a Stihl HT 250 40 cc commercial 7’ pole saw . It gives you more reach with lots of power.

It was comical watching people floundering around outside the lodge. If you stepped off the packed area you were stuck up to your waist.
It’s a few miles away but creeping Eastward slowly, the wind is supposed to increase from the South but a little westward component on Tuesday which is concerning.
The north side of the mountain has lots of more volatile vegetation, pines and fallow brushy fields.
Patterns flip , hopefully the cold accompanies the precipitation return.

I’m on my 3rd pair of 2007 B2 Bandits. They are still popping up on eBay. My last pair may have been used twice. I like to dip into side country a lot and it’s not as painful when I hit rock as I only have a $150.00 invested.
Hart freestyle which were so so.
Olin Mark VII ‘s were ok.
Olin made a Ballet ski which had convex bases . I bought a pair and quickly realized I wasn’t cut out for that type of skiing lol.
I had a lot of friends who had mark IV’s and they loved them!
