I've always wanted to check out Burke but it's hard to justify driving anywhere else but Jay when considering that area of VT. Trails look awesome (especially with good snow in the pics). What's the side/slack/backcountry looking like here?

I saw something that looked just like that with a little yellow plow attachment parked in one of the property driveways off meeker hollow road on the way to the promise land. Thing looked like a vintage Lego vehicle

we definitely drove the the ice storm for a good chunk of the drive but nothing like that happened to our car. That’s wild! Our vehicle of choice was a newer model Jeep Cherokee

I'm right there with you man. Just copped for Platt on Saturday with the woman and hoping for the best. Will make the most of it whatever the conditions. If I'm feeling real squirrelly I'll hitch a ride to Killington Thursday night with my Ikon friends for Friday.

12z gfs brutal for the cats, I think Platty could be sneakily better on Saturday after some snow changeover on Friday maybe mid-morning if we're lucky.
