Spent my birthday today at Belleayre with my two sons and brother in law. Nice day to use our free tickets that come with the season pass. Dream catcher , and Chippewa glades mostly. Under the Gondi, was fun at the end of our day. A little fresh and open glades , is nice surprise for birthday fun!

Not in a while, they brush hogged it last year.,My two sons nailed it today!

Only time we skied trails was to get to glades. Legs were so spent. Showcase seemed to ski forever on the way down at the end of our day.

My son and I skied from the get go to 2 pm , access road 730 , parked up against paid parking. Never really encountered a line, never went back to the base till we quit. Saw alll the ropes at Burnt Ridge at 1pm , no line there at all. Very fun and tiring day!

Surprise today, sun came out bright after flurries and rain early. Belleayre run fun run of day. Weather patterns need to change, snow is receding fast.

Here today, bumps on Belleayre run top only, upper Yahoo and Upper winnisook. Lots of snowmaking on upper and lower yahoo. Best run so far , Seneca under the guns! Here is a pic of Yahoo

Sun came out today at Belleayre, fresh blown snow all over. This year first time ever that I have seen , Cathedral Brook from the corner of Boring Brook , they blew snow and groomed it. I preferred the old way, natural only. Now it’s just another groomed trail.

Lift 7 and 8 very short. I only rode B express and Gondi once . Single line less than 10 minutes. I skied from start to 130 pm. I have seen cars all the way down the access road and down rt 28 before.

Suns out. Snow is good!
