Good move IMO shutting down for extreme cold. But it should be coupled with offering people a credit to reschedule any lodging they have booked at properties co-owned with the ski area. Keeps employees healthy and happy and dumb asses alive and limits liability.

Voted Gore. Considered Plattekill but that is really when they get the natural snow goods and only an option Fri-Sun, so really that is just a sentimental not a practical choice. How far is Bromley? And what is MR?

Well it's his page, he can express any view he wants to those who choose to read it, and choose who he allows to read or comment on that. I really don't see a problem. Anyone with a FB page can do that. His is just real popular because he provides lots of useful info to skiers.

Just checked and Hunter's reported snowfall agrees with my 8-10" estimate. They say they got 9" within past 48 hrs. They also report opening Gun Hill Rd - which I was surprised stayed closed yesterday. They did open Lower Broadway halfway through the day.

Got 1 Montage day on my IndyPass. Looks like that could be a better bet than my Catamount days or Magic day.
