Well, it started out good. Waited for the chill to subside a little. Parked at chair 5, on the chair around 12:30. Couple runs on Mars, nice new snow and man-made. Over to 4, one run down Trojan, good Rode 4 again, over to Castor, good. OK, here's where things went downhill. Over to quad...

Gotta do something to kill the two hour difference from stated and actual opening. We'll be there tomorrow, hopefully the storm stays mostly snow.

Why can't Greek get the Castor Connector open with all the cold weather we've had lately? The bunny hill line stretched all the way to the quad. I took a shuttle bus to get back over to chair 5. I mean I could've huffed up to 4, or just poached the connector, but why should I have to do either...

Chair 5 finally loaded at 11:20. It was good, stayed pretty uncrowded, made on run on Trojan, about 5 on Mars.

No chair 4, no chair 5, chair 1 is spinning but reserved for ski patrol training, nice job Greek.

Greek got about 2" overnight. The skiing was pretty good early, but did get firm as the day went on. Chair 4 and Trojan opened around 10:30. Chair 5 opened about an hour later. You could ski back from 5, but you had to drive or get a ride over. You couldn't take a shuttle bus ..the driver quit...

Na, keep em coming. I've never been to Bristol, kinda surprised I haven't, some of my ski buddies have. I assume you get some lake snow. I think Greek, my home "mountain", gets less than it used to. Sometimes the couple inches here, couple inches there, of lake snow can deceptively add up still...

Sounds like somebody needs a snowstorm. Maybe you could do some more drunk target practice to pass the time...YeeeeeHawwww!
