only a few hrs of warmth before we go cold, dont see that much snow loss on the cameras should be a solid base. Too bad no real snow on the way outside maybe we get lucky with a lake band.

i think we will be ok, there will def be some melt and a lot of rain but there will be some new snow which may absorb some if it.

also worth mentioning, winds are going to be absolutely insane. Power outages are likely tomorrow into the weekend.

yup, the front end has trended a bit snowier for the mountains. Its a bit of a tough forecast but I like 3-5 for 1 to 2k feet and 5-8 above 2k feet. Another elevation event, tomorrow spikes warm for a few hrs and then temps crash and snow squalls are possible.

In the short term, upcoming rain storm could still start as snow before the real warmth takes hold, still a bit out to really see but a few inches of snow before the rain looks possible
