Conditions were awful today. What terrible skiing. I didn't have any fun at all. I especially hated Skyward and Cloudspin this morning, Makenzie was also no fun. And don't get me started on the glades...

I woke up then and thought the same thing but we have about 5 inches of new snow here in Wilmington now. The mountain is claiming 10 inches of new snow already and it's still coming down pretty heavy.

I was able to get one run in down Slide 1 thanks to a group that let me tag along. Always an adventure but the snow will be better after tonight. Hopefully they will open them again Sunday or during the week..

Absolutely stellar conditions this morning. What a beautiful day. Wish I could keep skiing all day...tomorrow and Sunday should be amazing

The good parking will go earlier than a normal Saturday but I wouldn't worry much about lift lines. When LWF, the Summit, and Lookout are all open the crowds spread out very well. As Snowflake said, maybe some minor lines at the Gondola at certain times during the day, but I would be surprised...
