Mount van Hoevenberg in Lake Plaid, and Dewey Mt and Mt Pisgah in Saranac Lake have cool singletrack. (You can also ride the xc trails at the Ho) There are built features here and there. The only catch is, ya gotta get to the top :rolleyes: under yer own power.

This is Mt van Hoevenberg. It's the pit behind the 1980 biathlon range. This side of the trail system also has a decent amount of singletrack. One of my goals this summer is to finally do all the singletrack here.

@Ripitz this looks like the route I ran to the summit of Belleayre a few years ago.

Great photos. The only downside of cross country skiing the shorter season. Sigh.
