Got into the Casablanca Chutes today. SO. MUCH. FUN. Saddleback is a new favorite!

Just arrived in Rangely to do the same trip. The road almost shook my fillings out and I only saw ONE other car for the last two and a half hours.

Also, people like to stand in front of the two gates to wait for friends, instead of just going through the gate and waiting on the inside where there's plenty of room.

Mid-day poops in the Saddle Lodge. Probably snowboarders though...

Duuuuuuude. The return trip to your car is still skiable even if there's a rope up.

That Peak to Yurt run is a blast. I like Backwoods, but when Echo is closed for racing it kind of defeats the purpose IMO.

Yesterday and today were both different and both very good. You should have gotten off the internet and gone skiing.

The sun hit Rumor and Lies just right today to make for some SWEET skiing. IT was a way better day than I thought it would be.

I will add that we had a lot of fun regardless. I recommend that attitude! (It was crowded on the main mountain, but not elsewhere). Conditions were much better than I though they would be after the rain and cooldown.

I am still banned/blocked from the West Mountain Instagram Account for commenting that conditions were "dangerously icy" (and they were) when they posted a picture of a powder day (taken prior to the rain/freeze event) calling conditions "epic".

Skied from 8:45-11:45 today at Gore. Temps got progressively colder with winds picking up throughout the day. ( -11 at the Saddle at around 10:15). My hands and feet hurt by the time I was on my last run. Most people were in the bar or had left entirely by noon. Edit: Snow was really good, but...

The mountain got 1-2" overnight which was fun to ski on. Looks like they blew a lot of snow on Hullabaloo, Twister, Echo, etc that the are waiting to groom out until after tomorrow's weather. I forgot to look at Lies when I skied by, but they have blown some there as well. I got to the mountain...

That snow would fix some pretty big problems on lower Sunway & lower Showcase...
