Beautiful morning - Goat Path / Area 51 skied beautifully. They plowed out the big whales on 51 from Wednesday - trail is much wider now - great surface. It was crispy but grippy. I love that trail for ripping GS turns - today was perfect for that. The flow off of 51 to the bridge is really...

Parked at Discovery - rode the Gondi up. Noticed 8 wasn’t open yet so I headed over to new 7 via Wanna. The reason I huffed over to Wanna was a patroller was in the process of closing Goat Path right when I arrived. Not sure why they closed it - maybe because it was lit up with decent size...

I parked at Overlook Wednesday and skied down to new #7 at 9 to find they had no intention to open any time soon. Had to hike over to the open Green to get down to the gondola. Not ideal but there are worse problems to have.

Seneca was rough Wednesday morning as well.

Not a bad day today. Finally rode the new lift and skied Goat Path. As has already been said, not sure they quite achieved what they were after there. Lift was nice - zero stops the hour I rode. They have completely back filled the bridge - they were finalizing the grading on the back side today.

Oh wow - I didn‘t realize that the new mid was a no go for this year. There’s a mid on Hawk as well.

Has anyone else heard the terrain park will be moved from Area 51 to Lower Yahoo (something I heard on the lift from a Belle regular)?
