    Gore Mountain Conditions

Conditions were definitely terrible. We went in for lunch at 10am (kids got hungry ) and thought we’d call it a day after a couple more runs but somehow we stayed until 3pm and skied 20k. we just accepted the bad conditions and made it work and had a lot of fun. Topridge and Tahawas had some...

Thank god for helmets. 100% agree. I took a nasty fall on an icy Hawkeye a few years ago and since then always prefer going slow through bumps and trees than going for speed. Glad to hear your ready to get back at it. I broke my cheek bone on my fall and was happy I was able to get 1 day in...

Glad your doing well enough now to report. Thanks for sharing. I hate hearing about people getting hurt but it’s always a good reminder that what we do is dangerous and that life is precious.

    Gore Mtn, NY: 2/2/23

There are several shelves on the first floor where you can leave bags. A lot of people also leave them on the floor against the wall when the shelves fill up. I have had my skis stolen from the racks outside, but so far my ski bags and lunch box have not been touched.

    Stratton Conditions

First time there for us today. We had a great day. Conditions were great and sun came out around 11:30 and really softened everything thing up. Great long run of bumps on upper and lower Lift Line under the chair. Wish Gore had something long like that. Also Shredwood glade was great. I think...

    Gore Mountain Conditions

Today was very good in the morning. They must have had an inch or two of fresh last night. Rumor and chatiemac full of whales…lots of fun. Sagamore was icy and not so fun. They were blowing lots of snow on cloud and all around the high peaks area.

    Gore Mountain Conditions

Conditions were great all over. Never seen it that crowded. We arrived at 8:30 and were in traffic back to 28. I heard it was backed up to the Stewart’s. My friend arrived at 8 and said it was already backing up. Lift lines were longer than usual but I thought they moved quickly. They were doing...

    Killington Conditions

Thanks. Not looking for anything expensive. Coming from Albany Friday night. Plan to crash, ski, get some dinner, crash, ski, leave. So was thinking hotel/motel within 20-30 minutes of the slopes if possible.
