Been back at the local hang this week, Tenney Mountain. It’s a shame that I used to really love when an old fixed grip would stop and the line would sag and bounce. But now that I’m older it induces a bit of unease in my stomach. Place still skis a bit like the darkside/northside complex at Gore.

I don’t know if it counts as a win, because they were maybe a bit too far ahead of the curve (hard to believe, I know) on both… but ORDA operated lift served mountain biking and had on map “backcountry” ski terrain back at the turn of the century.

The people who post “nobody cares that you tele” memes are pretty far down the rabbit hole and obviously care that you tele…..the people who post “nobody cares that you tele” are probably a 50/50 split. We might need a flow chart that starts with “do u tele?” and goes from there.
