Wind and temperature drop looks like possible wind chills in the negative Thursday into Friday with potential for a hard freeze and not as much snow as hoped for. I was thinking of possibly Belleaye Thursday or Plattekill Friday, but might play it safe and cruise at Mohawk Thursday.

They are an excellent group. Have had some work done there myself over the years and I know a lot of skiers and athletes that have had ACL repairs, shoulder repairs and replacements, knee replacements etc. Very very few issues. Of course most of the people I know are serious skiers/ athletes and take the PT to the limit.

Steadman's at Vail does a lot of pro athletes.
Lake Placid’s is probably top notch to boot.

Yep. Post op PT is key. And when they cut ya loose, ya gotta keep after it on yer own.

As a sports med PT, I love to see the awareness of the importance growing!! As one who has gone through 2 ACL Rehabs prior to becoming a provider, It's also important you find the right PT as well, we all have our niches!

My PT has a kid at Stratton Mountain School. Was a nordic combined skier, now strictly cross country.
