WMR fall report stated 15,000 season passes sold , 1 new snowcat and 1 used snowcat purchased, 150 acres of frontside trimming (long overdue) and 2 new fan snow makers. We now have a total of 19. Season opens December 4 2025 and closes April 5 2026.

Found a great introduction to Whitefish that's recent. Had lunch with a friend yesterday who took the train from Spokane ski Whitefish and Schweitzer. He had recently retired so spent a two weeks skiing each mountain and had a ball.

Whitefish looks like a cool spot. I regret not checking it out when I flew into Kalispell. There used to be a non-stop flight out of EWR, but that no longer looks to be the case.

A trip to Whitefish can also be combined with Fernie, which is only 2 hours away and is a great destination in its own right.

If you jump up to Fernie your only 2 hours from Castle Mt .
