The E-Skimo is a little further along in that they have a demonstration video and a working prototype at a trade show. However, they’re not for sale. They partnered with Blizzard / Nordica to make the ski and are looking for other ski manufactures to adopt their technology.

No footage yet of the Vipera in the wild. Hopefully that’s where Brownski steps in.

Like the Vipera the E-Skimo has a removable battery and drive system for the down.

Honestly I assumed it was an April fools joke.

What do those things weigh? How do they do in the bumps?

Do we really need more batteries in the world?
