Magic Carpets - The Most Dangerous Lift on the Mountain?

All the carpets at Stratton always have a person at the bottom loading and a person at the top unloading the carpets. The carpets are used heavily by the ski school so there are always instructors helping out with the whole operation.
The gore carpets also have a top and bottom attendant and from what I’ve seen they are very watchful. They also have a bell part way up to space the crowds. At peak usage they generally take an instructor to help with loading. It certainly gets crowded but not at all dangerous.

I seem to remember one in steamboat that the seat seemed really shallow

The magic carpet attendant issue brought back memories-
Many years ago, during college years I was a lift attendant.
When handing out T-bars on the main lift, I faced the bunny hill and T-bar.
The bunny hill had 1 lift attendant, an older guy, in a 4X4' station at the top of the lift.
Its heater kept it very toasty.
After lunch, the older lift attendant would sometimes nod off, so I always kept an eye on bunny hill T-bar.
When I saw a "casualty" or a kid dragged by a T-bar, I'd sprint over to hit the emergency stop at the base of the bunny lift.
The attendant's head would slowly pop up in the window, he'd give a little wave, I'd then reset and return to the main lift.
Seems like yesterday -good times LOL!
