Woods is having an all time opening day. Natural snow on the side of the trails is is over Knee-deep. Got to be close to 18 in. Only a few trails closed and honestly it looks like they could open those too.

Conditions are good today. Packed powder groomers feel good to get the legs back They basically have three different ways down. A green, a blue and a black. Jake and Brooke were both surprised with the amount of people they had today. It was a great opening.

Rant #2: Skiiers stop clicking your poles at the drop in. Unless you are hitting Corbet's, we good. We know you are dropping in, cause you edited your reel to start here. You're not Glen Plake(Pike). Your not the best skiier on the mountain, hell you aren't the best skiier who's even hit that...

@Stu I looked at your list, I am at 26. You are missing Val Bialas in Utica. It opened to the public for 2 weekends this winter with just the rope tow. I think for the first time in 5 years. The city has plans to invest, but not sure if the double chair is part of those investments.
