just announced, McCauley is closed for the season 😭

I was right there with ya! Guess we got lucky for choosing Whiteface over most other places. And kudos to you for heading down Lookout Below! I made it until 3:30, legs were done and it started to rain lightly so I called it a day too. It was a fun day for sure!

I gotta say, coming up from the Inlet area thru Tupper, etc, had no problems getting to Whiteface yesterday morning. Felt it had the potential to get slick in some places but I’m still running my SUV with winter tires.

6-8” fresh ❄️, ungroomed and bumps galore. Light snow falling as I came down Wilmington Trail. Temps are around 25 too

Big Mac hasn't been hit by the big LE storms that hit Woods and Snowridge but there's still a real good base. Add a few inches of fresh snow from Saturday night into Sunday, and the whole mountain skied great yesterday.

Got to Big Mac early yesterday to a steady snow coming down. McCauley skied great until around lunch time when the weather turned into freezing rain/sleet. I turned into a popsicle and the mountain picked up a light glaze. Figured I'd take a break for lunch with the hope that snow would...

It was still great when I got there after 1pm. And the forecast for the next 10 days looks pretty sweet too ❄️⛷️

I drove up last night and just as I pulled in around 7:30pm, a light snow started to fall. Been steady since. Check of the webcams this morning and Mother Nature has not disappointed! Take your pick, McCauley or Snow Ridge, both are going to be powder days for sure!
