Excellent day today. Really got cold after lunch but snow stayed good everywhere, very pleasant surprise all the snow up top in the AM. Another crowded day on the access road. Saturdays must be seeing record skier visits this year.

Had an absolute blast yesterday as well. Got first tracks on Top Ridge, it was knee deep in spots, legit face shots. The snow was so light, I've never experience that on the east. Did Cirque glades for my first time in 5 years of being a Gore regular.

Totally agree, what are you accomplishing on the east skiing with something more than 100 underfoot? My sons 90 twin tips fit with a little fenagling (need to put one in at a time) and my Kendo 88s no issue. Gondi cabins were nice. Had 8 in there all day yesterday (2 mid sized kids) with room...

For really only skiing 2 trails all yesterday (Showcase to lower sleighride and Sunway to Wild Air) day did 17k vert. The Showcase route was groomed very nicely for lots of morning laps and then Wild Air held up well through early afternoon. Despite some AE2 lines at times people stayed...

Sunway to quicksilver to 3B was a nice addition today, helped spread the people out slightly, Tahawus stayed empty enough most of the day and was very nice in the afternoon. The usual bottle neck on Quicksilver was in full effect most of the day, the moguls that formed after lunch were fun...
