Money well spent, lift ticket , breakfast and beers all under $100. No lift lines, fresh all day on a Holiday weekend. WOW

Size, vertical drop doesn’t matter. All we want to do is to get our skis in some soft fresh snow. By looking around at Royal. That the motto! My son skied every glade available, I stayed low angle.

My son and I caught a little dry Lake Effect today. I wish all the snow that fell was like today’s snow. We needed a change of scenery and Royal hit the spot. Thanks Jim and Harv. You guys inspired us to check out this NY gem! Have a couple vids and pics, to share when I download them.

I didn’t have any problems on the last two weekends. If you think B is bad on Weekends don’t go out West. I boot up at Tomahawk lift. You can never freeze out an old Construction worker. Two nice permanent bathrooms near the lift make it cozy.

Had two fun days this past weekend. Just like last Seasons start. Enjoyed Sat so much went back again Sunday. First runs Sat morning, felt like a blind man skiing. Eventually the clouds rolled out and the Sun came out if only briefly. Saturday nights freeze made it possible for very smooth...

A few pics from K town today. Yesterday’s 4 inches made for a very fun day. Blue sunny skies all day long. Snow stay nice all day up top. Got attired up a little down lower.

I am on Spring Break. A little later than I would like. I am gonna get one sunny day skiing out of it. Wanted Jay Peak but have to be back Friday to watch grandson. So Killington is as far up as I can go. Thursday is sunny and maybe some Wednesday overnight snow in the forecast!

I saw @Ripitz from the lift. You don’t ski like that if your overly relaxed!

6 inches at my house when I left - gone by the time I returned. Rough ride the first part in PA to get to Belleayre. Lots of fun in the heavy stuff! More up top than I thought. Hit Catheral and that sapped the juice out of me. A Robin’s snow, thanks Mother Nature!

Watching the weather all week. Weather.com had Whiteface at 11 to 13 inches. The Weather Channel forecasted 1 to 3. They met up somewhere in the middle. Snow was heavy and excitingly fun at the same time. My body gave out at 1230. The younger ones hit it hard to about 2. Here are a few pics.

Skied Belleayre today. Soft hero snow. We did a 9 to 5 shift, Gondi ran to 5. We just couldn’t get enough. Everything soft, moguls on Mohawk, Yahoo, Tongora Winisook, Lower Wana and only the top of Belleayre Run. Canyon near the Expressway quad was half ungroomed. Nothing really turned to slop...

Everyone accepted. Some bumpers , some just like to ski soft snow. I do a little of both..

Lower Wanatasku and Winnisook have bumps. Heading up tomorrow with a group. Should be great!

My son and a friend ski both Camelback and Montage during the midweek Friend@s College is near CB. They prefer Montage for the lower black diamonds at Montage. But with Camelback’s fast lifts you can turn out the laps. One thing about Montage, Lower mountain it is tucked out of the wind...
