Spent Xmas Eve & Day at Whiteface which was awesome, fresh snow Tuesday and a beautiful sunny day with an inversion yesterday and great conditions. Back to the Belle today which is in fabulous shape. Soft groomers and nice gunpowder. 100% of snowmaking terrain open, fantastic job.

Great day today. Few inches of fresh at the start. They will be 100% open on snowmaking terrain for Xmas which is awesome. In the afternoon some hard pack showing through in places but edges had great snow. Wind wasn’t as bad as forecast, lift 6 and the box running fast all day. Light crowds...

Update: bathrooms are working at overlook now Not sure on schedule for food up at Sunset but wouldn’t be surprised if it’s weekend and holidays only. It’s centerplate, same as the food vendor on rest of the Mtn. I think the fires in fireplaces are all done because of liability 🙄

Another fantastic day. This run of great skiing is coming to an end but hopefully it’s a sign we’ll have a great winter!

The general contractors who were awarded the bid did terrible work. After many attempts to get them to fix it, the hard decision to fire them was made. The job now needs to be rebid and there’s lots of legal red tape too.
