'Ski for Free' COVID-19 Booster and Ages 5-11 Vaccine Incentive Sweepstakes

New York State's 'Ski for Free' COVID-19 vaccine incentive sweepstakes is for children ages five to 11 and booster shot recipients. The sweepstakes start date will be announced in the coming days and contestants will be able to enter at that time.

The sweepstakes are intended to bolster vaccination rates among winter sport enthusiasts in New York State. For a six-week period after the sweepstakes open, New Yorkers who get their booster shot or children ages 5-11 who received at least their first dose, along with a parent or guardian, are eligible to enter a random drawing for lift tickets.

Booster entries will be eligible to win one ticket while a parent/guardian and child will be eligible to win a package of two tickets to a participating ski area in their region of choice.

VR pulled out of the Colorado regional marketing group years ago. Wasn't just because of the Epic pass.

What I was referring to is Colorado Ski Country. Look at the list of resorts. No VR (the corporation) resorts in Colorado are included. It's the equivalent of SkiUtah or SkiNY. WV, PA, NC . . . lots of states have a marketing group for the local ski industry.
