Orda season pass medical exemption

Curious if anyone has been through this. I've been sidelined again this year (year before I didn't buy a pass at all). Everyone I've spoken with at Gore has been great. Guessing they're just busy right now. Maybe the anxiety is getting to me. Thoughts?

I had two different kids in two different years break a bone and couldn't continue in their ski program.
I explained the situation to Whiteface and had a doctors note (no ...Epstein's mom didn't write it ). The gave me credit towards the next season. I would imagine if they scan your card, see no visits and have a doctors note - you should be in decent shape to get credit.

Sorry a bit burned out today. Had a pass for the year but never activated it for medical reasons. Gore provided me with a form, my doctor provided me with a note, and I submitted everything. Its been over a month so maybe I'm just worried.

I would follow up with an email - I had to - several times ....or get a number to call ....i had to be a bit of a squeaky wheel with the second incident.

I bet your experience will be better than mine has been with Ikon and Spot insurance.

All I get from Spot is incompetence and from the insurance carrier " your claim is being reviewed by our claims department and expect an update within 10 business days." I've been getting that message since mid February.

Contacting Ikon and Alterra directly is like talking to a wall.

Never heard back but I logged in and it appears I have a pass for this year. Hopefully I get out alot. Make up for time lost. And thank you ny for this one.

Call and ask if your card is live, give them the number.

Your first ski day, if you arrive before first chair, go to the gondi and see if your pass triggers the turnstile.
