Liftopia in Big Trouble

This is the rub right here:

“So you have spent our money on other things, like rent and payroll and therefore it’s gone?” Jones wrote. “Trying to understand what happened to our revenues, which to be clear, were never yours to begin with.”

I find it hard to believe this $2M shortfall came about in a month at the end of last season.

I agree. So are they con artists who are found out because the cash flow was interrupted or something else?

Look I don't know, so I am speculating/blowning out my a$$, but my guess is they were in trouble, and just barely holding it together and then the season crapped out and pushed them over the edge.

If there is an innocent explanation I will apologize for assuming this.

Agreed. And when Reece talks about revenues being held up by a 3d party vendor.... something is rotten in the4 state of Denmark.

Somewhere I read that payment issues from Liftopia started last fall.

What could get messy is that Liftopia software is used by quite a few ski resorts for their online ticketing. Not just little ones either.
