Good move, but usually best to inspect before signing contract.
If the contract is signed by sellers and the club is cleared to purchase the center, Barrett said the club’s first move will be to initiate an inspection at the center, looking at the septic system, well water system, and other infrastructure on the grounds.

Looks like this will be a done deal. Personally, I hope they retain the current vibe to the trails. Narrow, damn near singletrack, best for classic skiing but you don't need metal edged skis.
